Roedel Parsons Welcomes New Associate

Our Baton Rouge office welcomes Raven A. Bourque as it's newest associate. Raven is a Youngsville, Louisiana native. She first attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2018, where she majored in Political Science and minored in Economics. In 2022, she graduated cum laude from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law, where she was a proud member of the Loyola Law Review, Moot Court team, and Phi Delta Phi Honor Society. In her final year, Raven had the privilege of participating in Loyola’s Social Justice Clinic as a Rule XX Student Practitioner, where she helped disadvantaged persons in employment law disputes.
 
Raven’s practice is focused on business and commercial litigation, including contract disputes, employment law defense and construction law matters. Raven also assists the firm in its representation of several clients that frequently appear before the Louisiana Public Service Commission in connection with various energy and telecommunications regulatory matters.

In 2014, Raven graduated from the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City. The Institute of Culinary Education is ranked the No. 1 Culinary School in America by USA Today (2019) and The Daily Meal (2016), and is one of the largest and most diverse culinary schools in the world. 

In her free time, Raven loves cooking, exercising, reading, spending time with her dog, Bach, and going out for dinner with friends and family.
