Sports Facilities and Tax Exempt Organizations
Attorneys with Roedel Parsons have extensive experience in what is sometimes referred to as "sports law," an area which includes the legal issues that impact the design, construction and financing of collegiate and professional sports facilities and the use of tax exempt organizations to facilitate those projects. Roedel Parsons' attorneys have been at the forefront of complex projects and issues including the Louisiana Superdome, the New Orleans Arena, Zephyrs Field, the expansion of LSU's Tiger Stadium, the construction of The University Club, and the recently opened "New Alex Box Baseball Facility".
