  • On April 13th, our law partner and Environmental Practice Group Leader, Tim Hardy was inducted in to the Southern University Law Center Hall of Fame. We congratulate Tim on his well deserved recognition, his outstanding achievements as an attorney, as an adjunct professor at the Law Center, and as a community leader.

  • Our Firm welcomes Charles "Chuck" Pisano to our New Orleans office effective April 1. Chuck brings more than 20 years legal experience ranging from commercial litigation to toxic tort defense representation. His work experience adds depth to our litigation section and leadership to our expanding New Orleans presence. Chuck's bio will be added to our website very soon.

  • Our law partner, David Hardy, has been engaged by the Tiger Athletic Foundation to help lead the legal team on the South Stadium Expansion Project which will add new scoreboards, box suites and seats to Tiger Stadium, boosting the overall capacity to 99,500, thus making Tiger Stadium the 7th largest on campus stadium in the country. The anticipated project completion date is August, 2014. David leads the firm's Sports Facility Practice Group. We appreciate David's legal leadership and the opportunity to work on such a significant project.

  • On March 22d, the Firm was recognized by LSU as one of the " Top 100 Fastest Growing Tiger Businesses" primarily owned by LSU graduates. This is the second consecutive year that our firm has received this recognition. In the small business category (less than 50 principals) we had the largest percentage of LSU graduates among the companies receiving these honors. We thank LSU for establishing the Top 100 Program. The firm is grateful to count the LSU Foundation and the Tiger Athletic Foundation among its clients.

  • Our firm is pleased to welcome Tim Hardy, Joyce Matthews and Coley West to our practice effective July 11, 2011. Each of these very experienced attorneys brings a unique practice area which adds to the depth and talent of our firm.Mr. Hardy's areas of concentration are environmental law, regulatory and governmental affairs. He regularly represents local and national clients in litigation, regulatory matters and transactional projects. Mr. Hardy brings almost 30 years experience to our Firm and will lead the Firm’s environmental practice group. His complete bio is available on our website.

    Ms. Matthews' areas of concentration include environmental law and governmental affairs with an emphasis on regulatory matters in the legislative, judicial and administrative law arenas. She brings 20 years experience to our Firm and will work with Mr. Hardy as a shareholder in our environmental law practice group. Her complete bio is available on our website.

    Mr. W.L. "Coley" West's practice includes commercial, environmental and securities litigation. He brings more than 30 years of experience to our Firm with an emphasis on commercial and business litigation and also with experience in environmental and regulatory matters.
