
David A. Woolridge Jr.
Dave began his career as an Industrial Engineer, Financial Analyst, Systems Analyst with Ethyl Corporation (now Abemarle). Intrigued with the legal system, Dave furthered his education and obtained his Juris Doctorate in 1991.
At Roedel Parsons, Dave has focused his practice in Corporate Law, Business Transactions, Successions, Trusts and Estate Planning, and Administrative Law.
Dave currently serves as General Counsel for the Louisiana Patient's Compensation Fund Oversight Board.
Dave received his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, Louisiana, his Masters in Business Administration from Louisiana State University, and his Juris Doctorate - Bachelor of Law (Common\Civil Law) from Paul M. Hebert Law Center, Louisiana State University. Dave and his wife, Terri, live in Baton Rouge, and have three children, Melissa, Davey, and Wesley.
